When i choose a video (avi format) it comes up with a white image. Video is 43 mins long. I only want 10 secs from it but cant see any image, any ideas?

you can do it in cs4 just go to window then go to animation

Each time i try opening my avi file, all i get is a blank white picture. Can ya help?

dude your tutorials are great. really. they are. you just annoy the heck out of me every time you pronounce “Movie”, like “MOOOOOHVIE”. and other words. Don’t drag your “O’s” Your tutorials are great though.
