What I mean is that consoles don’t have the same FEATURES and CAPABILITIES gaming-wise, not that I want a console to have Mozilla Firefox and Photoshop.
also there are already computers, why let a gaming console be a computer
because your computer can’t run it with better graphics mods, if at all
some of these mods are amazing
I hate it when someone makes a mod with added NPCs that don’t talk, you have to read the text. Wish someone got into the game’s files and use the pre-made voices and put it into thir mod.
What if there was one mod that enhanced the graphics someone said, and this was born.

Now, the thing is that with consoles you can only use their own services. PS3 has PSN and 360 has XBL. The problem is that with consoles, there isn’t a way to get mods into data folders, because they don’t have any. Generally it’s only the expansion packs that take up any space on the hard drive, and the rest is run off the disc. Now, because that means there’s no data folder to mess around with, no mods can be run.
So, it’s a money-grabbing and a technical limitation.

Well, I have to be frank and down to the point with this:
It’s to do with moneyhogging. Consoles just run games straight off of discs, sometimes installing a bit to the hard drive, and then any add-ons are downloading through XBL or the PSN. Now, Microsoft is probably the worst of the two major console companies nowadays, they want the profits all to themselves.

Yes it will… I do my gaming on a laptop and my laptop can easily play this on medium settings.

Yes I have two of them and one can do very well just don’t get the E version or the green edition.
I have a fair few of these mods, and they make a WORLD of difference. I cannot wait to get my new computer, then I will be able to up the resolution as well.
@TheTwoHunters I think that few PS3 games support mods, but the mod paradise is and will be PC. It´s a pitty.
