Like in quick mans stage
i love this review but its not blinky’s bombs that tear a hole in the floor, you have to shoot the ice blocks so the spike thing falls through and creates a way down
What eas that at 6:12 a pop up or a fail?
i remember this crazy cartoon, it was pretty good
At 7:04 to 7:27 kinda remind me of Quick Man Level from Mega Man 2.
you are SOOO GOOD at this game. my personal compliment AqualungGameReviews
you are really great!
Those cannons in the Green Planet kinda remind you of another Konami game, Contra!!!
The reviever is so terribly wrong by saying that the graphics are average. This game ranks amongst the very best graphics created for the NES.
I think that Bucky O Hare is one of the best NES games, because it has lots of great levels and is a technical masterpiece. You could tell that in 1992, the programmers at Konami had mastered the NES to its utmost extend, and this game combines it all. It has parallax scrolling, lots of enemies without flickering, super fast scrolling, huge moving objects… perfect! Oh, and like most Konami games, a killer soundtrack. Shame that it doesnt seem to be as popular as Turtles and Castlevania.
now aqua i have to admit when i saw review i rolled my eyes thinking it would be another annoying person trying to rip off something that has already been done by avgn, but you have a very well spoken voice and you dont try to be funny every second. you are very good at what you do and i will watch more of your reviews. keep it up bud
at the end of this video, the part with the toads dropping ice blocks, what actually opens the holes in the ground are the toads above the ice-dropping toads that are dropping those spiked balls. very good video though!
when i first saw the lava in his introduction, the first thing that came to mind was quickman……oh man did his level suck. I first encountered it in the megaman battle network game for the gamecube.
Such a great game! I never actually won it, though….
i don’t see nothing what it says?
Good eye. That came up so quick I didn’t notice it until you pointed it out.
6:11 Pause to see subliminal message program
the gaint robotick snake reminds me of Battle Toads
Usually back in the day, if the konami logo was on the game, its in good hands with the exception of 1 game as I know of (Top Gun).
BEST NES GAME EVER!
I love this game and have since I was 7 I never knew it was a show also that is cool I guess…good good walk through it is just like I remember and your right the cell parts are a bitch and that one room with the green and pink squares piss me off so much
About 20 bucks including shipping, it’s a little more expensive then your average nes game but still it’s not too pricey.
Hey ultimateskywarp, how much did you pay for it? I’ve been looking at picking up a copy of this for myself.
7:31 Arches of flame, eh… ? Kinda reminds me of Gradius.. another Konami game.
your using an emulator arnt you? i thought you didnt use them
The lave trail kind of reminds me of Quickman’s level in megaman 2
